ZHQDM-01 Mercaptan Remover Alkali Regeneration Catalyst
ZHQDM-01 is a self-developed light oil mercaptan remover alkali regeneration catalyst produced by Zhonghaiquan Environmental Protection New Materials Co., Ltd. It adopts activated carbon as the carrier, with cobalt sulfonated phthalocyanine and auxiliary agents as effective components. It is mainly applied to the catalytic oxidation regeneration of mercaptan removal alkali for light hydrocarbons such as liquefied petroleum gas. This catalyst features high desulfurization selectivity, excellent mercaptan removal performance, long service life and stable operation. The removal and conversion rate of sulfur in the agent alkali reaches more than 90%, and the volume treatment multiple of the catalyst relative to the agent alkali is greater than 10,000 times.
