ZHQ-SIS-01 Oil Slurry Antiscaling Agent is an oil-soluble antiscalant mainly composed of detergent dispersant, antioxidant and polymerization inhibitor.

After adding this product, the detergent-dispersant components can prevent the agglomeration and deposition of corrosive products, inorganic salts and organic polymer particles in feedstock, thus reducing the formation of inorganic scale.

Antioxidants react with free radicals to form inert molecules, inhibit free radical polymerization and reduce organic scale generation.

It can weaken the catalytic effect of metal ions such as iron, nickel and vanadium on polymerization reaction, and form a molecular protective film on the metal surface of equipment to avoid coke scale deposition.

It can improve the heat exchange efficiency of heat exchangers, lower the temperature of recycled slurry, increase steam output, reduce the pressure drop of slurry system, cut down the external slurry discharge volume and raise the yield of light oil.
