ZHQ-CCA-01 Cleaner

ZHQ-CCA-01 Cleaner is a chemical cleaner with excellent permeability and detergency. It contains no corrosive acids or alkalis, so it will not corrode metal equipment. It can penetrate and wet the interior of dirt deposits, making greasy dirt easy to peel off and be washed away by circulating water to achieve cleaning purposes. When used together with pre-filming agent, it can strengthen pre-filming effect and improve the corrosion inhibition performance of metal equipment.
This product is applicable to equipment cleaning before start-up of industrial circulating cooling water systems. It is generally used prior to pre-filming to remove dirt, grease, rust, sediment and other deposits on metal surfaces.

Usage and Dosage

The recommended working concentration is about 100 ppm. Circulating cleaning shall be conducted for 24 hours before blowdown.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in polyethylene plastic flat drums with a net weight of 25 kg per drum; or plastic-lined iron drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum. The shelf life is 1 year.
