ZHQ-NNF-01 New Foam-Free Biocide

   ZHQ-NFF-01 is a polyolefin quaternary ammonium salt compound. It features broad-spectrum, high efficiency, environmental friendliness, excellent drug resistance and long bacteriostatic duration, and can resist interference from organic matter. It delivers powerful killing performance against common aerobic and anaerobic bacteria including heterotrophic bacteria, iron bacteria, sulfate-reducing bacteria and fungi.

This product is non-corrosive to metals and foam-free during application, and readily biodegradable. It has a wide pH adaptation range and maintains favorable stability and bactericidal efficacy under high-salinity conditions. It is an excellent new environmentally friendly biocide for water treatment systems.

Scope of Application：
It is applicable to microbial killing and inhibition treatment for systems such as drilling fluids, completion fluids, workover fluids, fracturing fluids, oilfield produced reinjection water, oilfield wastewater, and industrial wastewater.

Performance Characteristic

Long bacteriostatic duration: It can maintain bacteriostatic effect for more than 30 days.

Non-toxic and odorless: The LD50 of its 1% solution is higher than 5000 mg/kg, classified as practically non-toxic. It is non-irritating to skin and causes no pollution to water bodies.

Biodegradability: Fully biodegradable

High temperature resistance: Its bactericidal efficacy remains unaffected at temperatures ≤ 350℃.

Excellent anti-drug resistance: No bacterial resistance will develop after long-term use.

Hardness tolerance: Tolerates water hardness above 1000 mg/L (calculated as Ca²⁺).
