ZHQ-ASDA-01 Scale Inhibitor & DispersantZHQ-ASDA-01 is a new type of low-molecular-weight acrylic terpolymer. It exhibits excellent performance in inhibiting calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and iron hydroxide scales. Its calcium phosphate inhibition capacity is significantly superior to conventional scale inhibitors & dispersants such as EDTMP, ATMP, HEDP, sodium polyacrylate and polymaleic acid. It maintains favorable dispersibility even under alkaline conditions (pH=9). This product features good miscibility with water treatment organics including organophosphates. When compounded with ATMP and HEDP, it delivers both outstanding scale inhibition and excellent corrosion inhibition performance. It serves as scale inhibitor and dispersant for circulating cooling water, oilfield injection water and boiler water systems.
Dosage The dosage varies according to water quality and process conditions, and the general dosage shall not exceed 30 ppm. Safety & Protection This product is nearly neutral and non-corrosive. Acute toxicity tests conducted by Tianjin Institute of Labor Hygiene prove it is non-toxic, with LD50 > 10000 mg/Kg for Kunming mice. Packaging & Storage Packed in polyethylene flat plastic drums with a net weight of 25 kg per drum, or plastic-lined iron drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum. The valid period is 1 year. |
