ZHQ-CIA-01 Slime Inhibitor

ZHQ-CIA-01 Slime Inhibitor features broad-spectrum bactericidal performance. Its residual trace substances can degrade naturally, with convenient operation and low dosage.
ZHQ-CIA-01 is a broad-spectrum non-oxidizing biocide. It can be used as bactericide for industrial open circulating systems, air scrubbers and breweries. It is an excellent agent to control microbial reproduction and the formation of sedimentary slime deposits. It is especially suitable for high-efficiency pollutant treatment in complete sets of equipment such as synthetic ammonia plants, oil refineries, chemical plants, metallurgical plants and steel pipe plants.

Properties

Usage and Dosage

Add directly near the pump suction inlet of cooling tower storage tank. The dosage depends on system conditions and water quality, generally ranging from 50 to 60 ppm.

Safety Protection

Rubber gloves shall be worn during operation. Rinse skin immediately upon contact. Avoid splashing into eyes; flush eyes thoroughly at once if splashed. Safety goggles and other labor protection supplies shall be worn during operation.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with a net weight of 25 kg per drum, or plastic-lined iron drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum. The valid period is 1 year.
