ZHQ-CSIA-01 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor

  ZHQ-CSIA-01 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor is an organic polyphosphonic acid water treatment agent. It features excellent chemical stability and is resistant to hydrolysis. With outstanding chelation and threshold inhibition effects, it prevents scale-forming salts in water from generating water scale. It provides favorable corrosion inhibition for carbon steel, and has good compatibility with various water treatment chemicals, enabling the formulation of multiple water treatment formulas.
  It is widely applied for corrosion and scale inhibition treatment of circulating cooling water, boiler water and oilfield injection water in metallurgy, chemical, power generation and other industries; it can also be used as metal cleaner in electroplating industry.

Properties

Usage and Dosage

The dosage varies with water quality and process conditions. When used as scale inhibitor in circulating cooling water, the typical concentration is 4~10 ppm; when used as corrosion inhibitor, the typical concentration is 10~20 ppm.

Safety Protection

This product is acidic, protective measures shall be taken during operation. Rinse skin immediately upon contact.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in polyethylene flat plastic drums with a net weight of 25 kg per drum, or plastic-lined iron drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum.
