Product Characteristics and Applications ZHQ-DCAC-01 Delayed Coking Coke Inhibiting & Yield-Enhancing Agent is mainly composed of rare earth organic compounds, heteropolyacids (and their salts), antioxidants and solvents. It integrates multiple functions including anti-oxidation & anti-coking, dispersion, acidic site increment and metal passivation. It can reduce the generation of by-products such as dry gas, coke and hydrogen, and raise the yield of liquefied petroleum gas (especially propylene), gasoline and diesel oil. Meanwhile, it delivers metal passivation and anti-coking & anti-scaling effects, inhibits coke formation in risers and settlers, and prevents scale accumulation in reaction systems. It is a multi-functional oil-soluble liquid auxiliary for catalytic cracking units. II. Product Quality Indexes
III. Application Methods 1.Dosing position: Add into the riser reactor of catalytic cracking unit. 2.Dosage concentration: The recommended dosing concentration is 50–120 ppm. IV. Storage & Packaging 1.Store the product in cool, dry and ventilated areas; the valid period is 1 year. 2.Packed in plastic drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum. |
