ZHQ-DCAF-01 Delayed Coking DefoamerI. Product Characteristics and Applications ZHQ-DCAF-01 Delayed Coking Defoamer is mainly composed of nonionic surfactants and hydroxyl compounds. This defoamer can thoroughly eliminate foam, featuring excellent heat resistance and chemical stability. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic and free of adverse side effects. It can significantly improve the coke yield and coke quality of coking towers and stabilize the operation of coking towers. Meanwhile, ZHQ-DCAF-01 has extremely low silicon content and will not cause adverse impacts on the subsequent hydrogenation section. It can also raise the yield of light oil products. II. Application Methods 1.Dosing position: Dilute the defoamer with diesel oil, then continuously inject the solution from the tank to the top of the coke drum via dosing pump. 2.Recommended dosing concentration: 50–120 ppm. IV. Storage & Packaging 1.Store in cool, dry and ventilated areas; the valid period is 1 year. 2.Packed in plastic drums with net weights of 20kg, 50kg, 120kg and 200kg per drum. |
