ZHQ-LPFA-01 / 02 Pre-filming Agent

ZHQ-LPFA-01 and ZHQ-LPFA-02 are both liquid pre-filming agents compounded with organic phosphonates, corrosion inhibitors, dispersants and other additives. When mixed at a 1:1 ratio, they can form a passivation film on steel surfaces to provide excellent protection for steel. At low dosage, they can also act as corrosion inhibitors to control initial corrosion of circulating cooling water and repair & maintain the protective film. They have a wide applicable pH range of 5.0 ~ 7.0, and tolerate calcium ion content above 40 ppm in water. They are widely applied in iron & steel, petroleum, chemical, power generation and other industries.

Usage and Dosage

1.The recommended dosage of ZHQ-LPFA-01 pre-filming agent is about 500 ~ 800 ppm.

Safety Protection

This product is weakly acidic liquid. Rinse skin thoroughly with clean water upon contact.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in polyethylene drums with a net weight of 25 kg per drum, or heavy-duty plastic drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum. Store in well-ventilated and dry areas, avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life is 1 year.
