(2) It significantly improves mechanical properties of finished products, such as impact strength and tensile strength. (3) It enables better-controlled crystallization process and reduces warpage by forming smaller and more uniform crystals. (4) It helps upgrade optical performance and improves polymer transparency at low addition dosage. (5) It does not melt during processing, yet it can be easily dispersed into polymer melt under conventional extrusion conditions. II. Application Fields Nucleating Agent RY-501 is mainly applied in random copolymer polypropylene. The special PP compound for washing machines made with it can be manufactured into multiple washing machine parts, including twin tubs, spin tubs, bases, panels, control panels, agitators, etc. It can also be used as special raw material for household appliances such as refrigerators. |
