ZHQCHJ-FH Nucleating Agent

This product is a new high-efficiency organic salt rigidifying nucleating agent for polypropylene, featuring excellent thermal stability, chemical inertness and dispersibility. It has the following advantages over other rigidifying nucleating agents:

It can greatly boost the rigidity and heat deflection temperature of homopolymer polypropylene, and maintain unchanged impact strength while enhancing the rigidity of copolymer polypropylene;

High efficiency with low dosage. Adding 0.05% can simultaneously improve rigidity and toughness. At low addition levels, it provides polypropylene with better comprehensive mechanical properties than other types of nucleating agents.

Product Application

It is applicable to nucleation modification of polypropylene products. It can significantly raise the flexural modulus, heat deflection temperature and gloss of homopolymer PP articles, improve dimensional stability, shorten molding cycle and boost production efficiency. For copolymer PP products, it greatly increases flexural modulus and heat deflection temperature without sacrificing impact strength, making it especially suitable for manufacturing high-rigidity and heat-resistant polypropylene products.

Application Method

When in use, it can be directly blended with resin; just mix evenly before injection molding or extrusion. Pre-blending or masterbatch feeding is recommended to achieve better dispersion.

Recommended dosage: 0.05~0.15%.

Packaging & Storage

Packed in PE bags with a net weight of 20 kg per bag.

Store in well-ventilated, dry and cool places, keep away from moisture, light and heat.
