ZHQDM-01 is a self-developed light oil mercaptan remover alkali regeneration catalyst produced by Zhonghaiquan Environmental Protection New Materials Co., Ltd. It adopts activated carbon as the carrier, with cobalt sulfonated phthalocyanine and auxiliary agents as effective components. It is mainly applied to the catalytic oxidation regeneration of mercaptan removal alkali for light hydrocarbons such as liquefied petroleum gas.

ZHQEDS-01 Extraction Antigum Agent is a chemical additive specially used for the extractive distillation desulfurization of MTBE and light petroleum products. It is mainly composed of high-boiling alcohol and ether compounds and contains a certain amount of active sulfur conversion agent.This agent is added in trace amounts to sulfur-containing MTBE or light hydrocarbons. When applied in the rectification process of MTBE and light hydrocarbons, it can significantly improve the desulfurization rate of the above products.

It can automatically strengthen the contact between lean alkali liquid and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), improve the solubility of mercaptans in the extractant and further enhance the reaction activity between extractant and mercaptans. Meanwhile, it increases the oxygen solubility in rich alkali liquid to accelerate the oxidation reaction of rich alkali liquid, and improves the selectivity of mercaptan oxidation to disulfides in rich alkali liquid. With sufficient air supply, the mercaptan conversion rate can be close to 100%.
